I'm doing my second liquid fast today. I'm just disgusted that I've gained weight, but so happy that it's dropped. I think a fast would help me focus for the recital (7 days away) and get me back on track for weight loss. No one wants to watch a fat ass play flute. So for today, it's been almost a liter of water and half a mouthful of organic soy chocolate milk.
Official weigh in tomorrow morning. .
I haven't done my own thinspiration lately because I've been looking at everyone else's. So I think Zooey Dechanel is beautiful and I would not mind looking like her:
